Is your company fully insured?
Absolutely, we have a full insurance policy and our staff is covered by Workman's Compensation.

Are your warranties transferrable?
Yes, the five-year labor warranty is good for five years even if you sell your home. Homeowner is responsible for contacting Roof Pro Services to give us the new information.

Are the employees screened?
Yes, all of our employees are drug tested and a background check is completed before they are hired to ensure our customer's security.

How long will my project take?
This clearly depends on the project size. Roof Pro Services can always give an estimation when we discuss the project specs with you.

Will there be a lot of noise?
As with any project, there is a certain amount of noise to be expected. We will be on your project from approximately 8-5. There will be employees, trucks and waste disposal equipment present during the entire project. Certain accomodations will have to be made. If there are any concerns, just give us a call, we can always find a way to suit your needs. We will work with you to make it a pleasant experience.

Do you offer financing?
Yes, we accept Visa/Mastercard and we also offer financing through GE Money™. Our knowledeable staff can walk you through the financing option that best suits your needs.

What if my roof leaks?
We offer a five-year labor warranty that will take care of any problems. We also offer a Preventative Maintenance Program that is free for one year with the purchase of a new roof system. This program is specifically designed to extend the life of your roof and gutter system.
